when i called to axis bank customer center redirecting to ivr and from there i was passed from authentication using my debit card details.

After long wait on ivr around 30 min total 3 time call someone answered and again he was asking me to say my account number at that time he was just saying I have to say entire account number for verification…I said i have already done using my debit card and I was out at that time and I don't have account number handy after some argues he was started to answer.

I hope this msg will reach to customer delight team.

Yesterday evening I received sms and email stating below msg.

ALERT:Link Aadhaar to avoid A/C blocking goo.gl/AEXHB4 13Oct17:A/C 373597 debited by Rs 14999;Bal:Rs 170158.92[MERCH.REFUND_REC_DT.05.10.2017]
Use your Debit card, atleast once in 180 days on purchase transactions to keep your Personal Accidental Insurance cover active.For details please visit www.axisbank.com
Please contact the Bank if you have not done this transaction.

This transaction happened from my account without my permission and Axis bank debited amount mentioned same in the email. On the same day i was at hospital and due to emargancy I was needing to widraw some amount but suddenly i received 1 sms stating as below

" ALERT:Link Aadhaar to avoid A/C blocking goo.gl/AEXHB4 13Oct17:A/C 373597 debited by Rs 14999;Bal:Rs 170158.92[MERCH.REFUND_REC_DT.05.10.2017] "

I called on customer support team they are saying they can not intimate to account holder for the same before withdrawing the amount this was refund made twice by Flipkar and that is also by mistake.. in this scenario they have debited that amount… without my permission or without any intimation how you guys(axis) are making this kind of a illegal transactions. I was expecting call from Flipkart or from axis for the same but without notice you guys made this activity.

I wish to get proper answer from you also I had word with P.Vinay Kumar, kuramani Kiran, Ashish sharma
About the same but they are failed to answer. I am scare from axis bank guys i don't know tomorrow morning if i will receive one more sms stating ur account has 0 balance because we as Axis bank withdrawing all amount.I am your customer since 4,5 years and recently I have purchased Mutual fund amount of 200000 and in account I have amount of 1,70,000/- is there any security on my account transaction??????????

More over I asked to ur customer representative my adhaar card is already registered in my account why r u threating to customer by saying

" to avoid account blocking"

kindly link your adhaar number with account. Without checking? why r u guys shooting this kind of sms to all customers….

I want proper answer from you guys or it will create big problem for you.

Expecting call and componciat as I have wasted my amount on calling u guys and not getting proper answer.

I have all communication recording of customer support team of axis bank

I after some days I have looped in nodel .[email protected], [email protected]

But its around more than 5 days still i haven't received any single response from them .
