Bagittoday Complaint: Miss Selling And Inferior Products

This is regarding my Order ID : 1004146025 by the name of Manminder Malhi. I was told that I will be receiving Blackberry worth of Rs.24,999/- (storm) and Diamond worth of Rs. 60,000/- plus assured cash reward between 5 lacs to 15 lacs ( reference : you can hear conversation between your telecaller and myself of 22nd March).

I got Blackberry which cost Rs.16000/- in market plus it belongs to Verizon company which operates abroad. ( I doubt Any Indian telephone companies black berry services are enabled in the same.)

I was told the that Diamond would be of Rs. 60,000/- and .that would be Certified by G.C.I labs. The labs can verify at any time that the diamonds are genuine. The lab certificate will be given at the back of packaging itself with contact details of lab.

But I was surprised to see that there was no G.C.I lab certificate plus the diamonds are worth of Rs. 5,000/- I am really very surprised and disappointed and that was not at all expected by such a reputed group like India Today is doing such kind of marketing.

Plus on the same day one another gentle man called up and told me that if I would not pay Rs.15,499/- the goods will not get shipment and i will not get those product you have ordered. I had a long argument with him (you can check telephone recording of very same date 22nd March). Finally I paid that amount , which instead given me 1 more order ID 1004148492. Which I requested one of the senior manager to get it cancelled.

Today when I called up your call center “ There was one lady Deepika told me that my order ID 1004148492 has been cancelled and money is refunded to my credit card (reference ID 10384118681). Yet I have to check

Below is the mail for your reference . Kindly revert back with solution about 1)Can u send Back berry of worth amount I paid and also which belongs to India and with warranty card 2) diamond should be real and of good quality with certificate 3) status of Assured Cash prize between Rs. 5 lakhs to 15lakhs ( u can again check conversation with telecaller on 22nd March).

I hope company like India today Group will have fair response and business practice.
