My Complaint Description:
The Gas-geezer was not working properly only after 4th month of purchase. Suddenly cold water starts instead of hot water flow. This phenomenon happens again and again after that day and the complain is still existing.
First complain made between Mar-May'15 – 1 time
Second complain made between June-Sep'15 – 2 time
Forth complain on 24/9/15. I was given assurance to replace the defective piece after company's engineer's report after verification on 24/9/15. No action have been taken.
Fifth complain on 17/3/16.
Sixth written complain on 28/3/16.
Conclusion :- We were provided piece of year 2010 on December'14.
The piece neither replaced nor company gave permanent solution.
