My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,
Please note, I have ordered Bajaj blow hot room heater from bajaj website against my order no:BEL002B0122486 & BEL001B0122486. Please not we have received one blow hot room heater agaiinst my order no:BEL001B0122486, but another heater received on 16-09-2016 at 13:20pm, is water heater 1.5Kv, which was not ordered by me. After many calls and follow ups not received any positive reply till date.
We need refund for the same.

    I would like to apprise the higher management of Bajaj Electricals that your call center team & area supervisor team is not working pathetically.
    I am complaining since last 20 days for my gas stove and still, the problem has not been fixed properly. The flame came out from the regulator and due to which very dangerous incident took place a couple of times.
    After complaining 3 times, when I asked for a replacement of my gas stove, the call center team gave me 2-3 contact numbers of higher management. I don’t want to include the names of them here, but truly I response which I received from their side is very careless. For replacement, only a sticker is required from the company’s end which will hardly take 30 minutes. Also, the dealer from whom I purchased the stove is ready to replace the same. Only the Bajaj Electrical team consent is required for the same. I don’t think so that this small piece of work takes 15 minutes to conclude.

    I would request the management team to kindly look into it and get my problem solved at the earliest so that any mishap due to leakage of gas can be prohibited.

    Also, request you to kindly train your team well so that they will be capable of solving consumers problems rather than giving rubbish answers.
