Dear sir

hi i m viraj dhamecha from gujarat ahmedabad , sir i m already mail 8 time for my mobile claim policy . my claim generated on 22/02/2016 and today is 10/3/2016 so its few days pass and i have no result what's going on sir , they don'have really make sense ????
i m tired to talking with stupid people from the bajajallianz customer service which one is make me every time full . can you give me the any correct suggestion or correct answer ?? they don't you have any responsible people in company . becoz no one give me the correct answer ..

today again here i m attached all the document its 5th time but till no response from bajajallianz customer service .
so please give me the correct way ?? what can i do sir ??? please help me from out this metter. as soon as possible .
