On 14th of June I submitted a request to cancel my BOB card. On 16th they (Ms. Parul Sharma) replied that they acknowledge the mail & concerned person will contact me for resolution. Till 22nd June no one called me so I mail again to Ms. Parul Sharma for the matter & on 24th June someone called me (022 42068631) & asked the reason of cancellation, I replied her & she said she'll call again. Today she called again & replied that if I cancel the card still I have to pay annual fees & I have also received a mail for same.
My bill payment date is 20th of every month but I submitted my cancellation request 7 days before bill payment date then how can I be liable to pay for the card. They are charging me Rs. 425/- & I don't want to pay as I'm not liable.
