My Complaint Description:
I had ordered a Levis Jeans online from Ask me bazaar. Com. The product was delivered on 13th November 2015.However, after checking the product I found discrepancies in the size, colour and product which was displayed. Hence, on the same day itself I wrote to Ask me bazaar about the problem, and I received an auto response from contact us that the matter is being looked into. However with the lapse of 10 days and no further response from the seller, I called up the help line on 04444444444 and found an extremely bizarre type of response. As informed by the telecaller that if the response is not recorded within 48 hours to ask me bazaar the product cannot be refunded. I went on stating repeatedly that I have filed an query cum complaint through email to ask me bazaar on the same day itself but the telecaller couldn't understand and finally asked to me call their back end office which she is not aware and won't be able to connect also. In this regard, my simple question is in today's customer eccentric world how can an online seller prophesing brand ambassador like Ranbir Kapoor can have such a laid back attitude. Despite again and again writing to them they simply deny the receipt of emails. Even they simply deny their own auto acknowledgement. In this regard, they have such isolated systems of ice age that the customer care executive apologies 10 times without even listening to the customer problem. I want an immediate resolution of this issue and a suitable compensation for this harassment.
