Rechrged done on 9409174466 on 21-08-2016 at 12.15 am. And my s.b.i. registered number got a message of succesful recharged but benefit ws not given by bsnl.. i calld customer care they said sir dont wry just wait for 48 hours.. on 22-8-2016 an amount of rs 36 is been deducted from the main balance at around 2.08 am..
In morning i again called customer they again gave the same answer.. from then i continuosly contacted customer care from 9409174466 as well as 9427786240.. atlast i visited to bsnl office at racecourse circle.. there they asked for a written application n told me to wait for 15days.. again i waited bt no response…
U afe the last hope sir/mam please favour us…
