Hi,

Please find the below payment reference which was made on 17th march for this
amount 4633.31 /- for the account number 7009143861.

Please note, my broadband service has been barred after making this payment
without any notification. i inquired the procedure for disconnection the
service on 12th March-16 but i did not confirm the same.

I wonder if someone can get back to me on this and help me with reactivation of
the same without any fail. my work is totally depended on internet and it is
getting suffered.

please ensure it gets activated ASAP.
