Bharti Airtel – Unnecessary Balance Deduction

Hello si/mam,
I would like to inform you that i am using airtel mobile service.
I am used to use GPRS service on my mobile handset(+919998890990).On 23/10/2010 i had started a service names “MOBILE OFFICE” in which i have to pay 5 rupee and i can use 50Mb data .Though i have started this service,company charged 50.56 Rupee from my account.
I had contacted Airtel care for this problem,but i did not get any solution. They had told me that they will call me in 4 hours but they didn’t call even after one week. So i request you to understand and solve my problem.

      I am quite happy that you are trying to solve my problem.But today already 9 days have been passed and which kind of process you and airtel company doing????
      I want all my refund as soon as possible otherwise i have to go to court for solution.

      you have sent mail telling that my problem is solved.But i have not get my balance.Then how can u say that my problem is solved????
