My name is Parth Thacker
I had booked a ticket on 9th November 2015 for Baroda to Gandhidham in the bus running from Baroda (departure 1815 hours) to Mandvi (Bhuj) on 10th November, 2015. Seat no. 26 with successful payment.
But I didn't get any Email or SMS for booking confirmation. Because of this I was not having any hardcopy of ticket and conductor didn't allow me to travell without hardcopy. He insisted me to pay for fresh ticket inspite of my having photo ID with me. And even he was having the list of reserved seats in which seat no. 26 was booked by me. Then also I had to pay twice.
I had contacted 1800233666666 so many times, but no response. I had sent Emails so many times but no reply.
I want to file a cash against this type of irresponsible and erroneous service. Refund my amount immediately.
