My Complaint Description:
I am writing to you from Bangalore. I had ordered an adidas combo on May 25, 2016 from (order no 0804+7715275734) (Company name as per MCA records – Saturday Sunday Media Internet Private Limited). I received the product on May 28, 2016 but with incorrect sizes. When I contacted the customer care, they asked me to raise a ticket on their website which I did on the same day of the delivery. When I received no communication from their end, I tried reaching to the customer care but in vain. When I finally did manage to reach them, they said me to wait for the reverse courier pickup which they had initiated. I waited for the courier pickup but it never happened. When I called the customer care on June 16, 2016, they asked me to courier the incorrect product to them. Initially, I was hesitant, but courier the product to them on June 18, 2016. They sent the replacement and it was delivered to me on June 23, 2016. However, the replacement also had incorrect sizes. I wrote an e-mail to them asking them to replace the product or refund the order along with the courier charges I paid, I have not received any response from them. Neither do they reply to an e-mail nor do they receive the call at the customer care.

Though the order might be a small one, the inconvenience caused by the company is highly unappreciated. This could result in a scam being played out by the company by supplying duplicate and wrong products and then inconveniencing the consumer.

I feel mentally harassed by the acts of this irresponsible company.
