My Complaint Description:
I had ordered a samsyung mAh power bank having reference number 0804667762025311. I got a faulty product in delivery.When I tried to contact their customer care helpline no(+918010001133), and mail id ( not getting any response from their end from last 6 days. i asked the executive to connect with the senioers but he informed me that senioers are available only between 12:00 Noon to 01:00 PM. not able to understand what kind of company is these where senioers can work only for 1 hour in the office to resolve the complaints of customers.
