My Complaint Description:
My user id is attardesm…my gtpl is 9824791234 gtpl broadband is cheated with me since last month…on 9th june i register complaint…after 3 days i able to access net 10 days..after that i again complain on 18th…after 2 days i able to access for 5 days…after that i again complain on 25th…than on 1st july i able to net for 4.25 hour only…i again complain than on 4th i m able to access net and today on 8th july from mornig same problem occur…frequently i complain to gtpl for 651 error reporting…all time they told me wait for 24 hour we send technician…but the didnt send him…after so many time call to gtpl…than he go for action and send him…i demand for refund money..but they told me that we dont give any refund…and one important point…if u complain and if u able to access net for 4 hour only, than their department resolve your old complain and register new complain…as this way they cheated to so many consumer… i consern to surat department technical head MR. PANKAJ also…but he also misguide to me…he said within half hour technician will be at your till 2 days his half an hour not pass… i complain to gtpl sales department head MR. JAIMIN PATEL on 9228000700 number…he also give me commitment that till evening your problem will be re solved by us…their local customer care number 9228000400 and 700 is chargeble…and always got busy…and finnaly when u connet that they have only one answer that wait till evening… …i have 24 audio recording file of all gtpl executive and head of the department, so that i can prove that what i wrote is fact…and your know what…they dont give any grace period for disconnect time at the end of the plan…they said that if u renew our connection than we can give u grace period…this is harrasment department for the users… …i gave 6 month advance money to gtpl…and not satisfied with service…so last and finally i want to complain against gtpl to the consumer court..because if gtpl not able to give broadband service to customer that they should pay refund on that situation…I already mail to [email protected] regarding refund but they dont give me any reply….
