Hello..! My name is VIKASH PATEL. I am from BHALEJ near ANAND city. Now come to the point. Nearly 8 or 10 months ago I purchased the broadband subscription of 6000 rupees of d2v(Digital 2 Virtual) WiFi. From the date of purchasing subscription, I am facing the problem of server down or failure. Whenever I called 2 the customer care, they answered me only one line that we are checking, we will send the engineer etc. Now talking about present situation, again same problem. My internet connection is totally off. The problem is arising from last Monday to till date. I am calling the customer care since last monday and they are saying only one thing that we will send the engineer and check it. The engineer came only once and then nothing happen till date. It's only 1 or 2 months remaining in subscription. Today on 5th June, when I called to the engineer he answered me that I have only few time remaining in your subscription so I will not come to repair it. Call to Baroda customer care center. Now what to do? I think they are cheating to me. All are answering different. Please its my humble request to you to do somthing and give me the right juatice.
