I HAD HAVING BROADBAND CONNECTION OF RELIANCE SINCE LAST TWO MONTH,BUT SINGLE ONE MINUTE I DIDN'T ABLE TO USE YOUR SERVICE, COZ OF ITS NOT WORKING AND SHOW ERROR NO.607 SINCE LAST 60 DAYS.

I DID PLENTY COMPLAINS TO CUSTOMER CARE WHICH I PROVIDING HERE.

AND SALES PERSON CAME HE TOLD THIS IS Rs.99 RENTAL PLAN, BUT I AM PAYING Rs.399. I HAD ALREADY PAID Rs.1400 INSTALLATION CHARGE AND ONE BILL WORTH Rs.300 TILL TODAY WITHOUT USING YOUR EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE, SO GIVE ME MY FULL AMOUNT REFUND AND COLLECT YOUR SPECIOUS ITEM FROM BILLING ADDRESS. ELSE I WOULD FORCED TO GO CONSUMER FORUM AGAINST YOU.
