My Complaint Description:
i was using tikona internet for 9-May 2015 .And i have paid Rs 5056 To tikona by credit card The plan was 4 Mbps For 6 Months. But in first month net was not working properly so registered the compliant .After 3-4 Day engineer arrive but didn't solve the problem. I have Registered many compliant but the didn't solve the problem.
The service of tikona is so worst the are cheating the common people.
And After 5 Months I call the customer and told to Disconnect my internet. But the generate my 1 month bill .But I have paid 6 month bill in advance
Tikona Service is so bad. They are not cooperating the customer.
