My Complaint Description:
I am using 'Spidigo Broadband' since 9 months. I recently renewed my internet package of "Rev6-Bizplus-2Mb-UL-7M" on 22/08/2015. The package promises 2 MBPS internet for 7 month but I am experiencing speed fluctuation (In most of the cases Internet is not working at all) from last one month. I have registered numerous complaint in the customer care.
The customer service is the worst and every time I get the same answer that they will take action in 24-48 Hours. They make me wait for whole weekend on many occasions but couldn't fix my problem. I have proof that the speed provided by Spidigo in not at all 2MBPS at all time which was promised when I purchased the connection. I want my full refund due to inconvenience caused as this company is frustrating me since last one month. I am rarely getting 2 MBPS speed. Most of the time I get speed which is below 400 KBPS or the internet is not working at all. This is the worst experience I got from any company till now. I want a refund so that I can change my 'Internet service Provider'.
