My Complaint Description:
I am currently PMPL broadband's customer. I use 512 KBPS plan @450. The charge mentioned in their package is:

Here the amount for 512 kbps is mentioned 438, but our service provider charges 450. If any problem happens in my network, they make a delay of 1-2 weeks to resolve that. PMPL also doesn't care about our problem. Such as since yesterday, I am facing problem of no connection everyday very often (sometimes every 30 minutes the connection problem occurs), but the service providers do ot take responsibility of solving my problem. But at the time of taking the charges, they do not hesitate a little.

May be other customers are facing the same problems, but they can't contact Grahak Suraksha Daptar.

I am constantly trying to reach them (both the PMPL office and out local cable operator) by phone, but they are not picking up my phone. Hereby, I request the Officer-In-Charge of Grahak Suraksha to help me in this issue.
