Dear sir,
I will like to bring the fact to your kind attention that I ( Janak prajapati) choose a internet connection plan with you broadband which was my biggest mistake in my life.My internet plan was started at 16th sept.2015 and till date (29th nov.2015) i have recieved the worst service ever.In this total span i have not got internet connection for total 30 days approx. I complained for it so many times but they always gave fake promises.and they even didnt credited the days for which i was not able to use internet connection and they refused to give my refund too. I am highly dissatisfied with thier service. Their sales person also gave fake promises at time of taking connection..
