My Complaint Description:
I'm using D-VoiS (ION) broadband internet service. From past couple of week I'm facing net connection problem. In last week (From 7th June to 11th June) my net connection was totally absent. I tried to contact customer care but the response was zero.
I visited to local (Airoli, Navi Mumbai) branch after 3 days, there I come to know there were wire damage happened. That was not because of me. But still the net provider company is asking for more money to join that wire. How ever that problem got solved on 8th days. I asked for 8 days reimbursement, but company refused to give. Now only three days passed again net connection got disabled. This time they have the reason of damaged optical fiber. I even tried to contact local area manager, but that time he was also away. I asked the time when it get resolved, even the person who were sitted in that office was not able to give answer.
I'm fed up with such service. Such companies should be stopped before more and more people get fooled.
Hope here I can expect any action.
