We are using AIRLINK broadband service. They take advance payment. We do not receive their service almost everyday. every week 2 day no internet work.customercare number not recived my call after 15-20 tray.When we call customer care they talk rudely moreover no body receives our call at surat office When we ask for re embessment they say our internet was working and they refuses to give extra days. We want some help or else please help us to get our money back
