My Complaint Description:
I had taken spidigo broadband connection of 1mbps plan for a period of one year on 1/6/2015. I faced problems to connect internet several times for hours and hours in first 3 days only. then i complained to their customer care for 4 times but my problems were not resolved. on the 4/6/15 i personally went to spidigo main office near s.g. highway and requested them to terminate the service.. after discussion with the manager, they agreed for refund of my amount in a week. I waited for around 10-12 working days but didn't receive the check. I again went to the main office and i came to know that they had not done anything to terminate it and the reason was communication gap in between their staff. then they said i have used the internet for 10 days and they would cut the money and refund me the amount ( even if i never used the service) .I waited for 10-12 working days again and still i have not received a single penny from the company. Moreover the router (TP-LINK) given to me worth of Rs.1400/- was also second hand ( i think) whereas i paid the money for a new router. they have not given me the router box, bill or warranty card. Kindly do the needful. Thank you
