My Complaint Description:
We applied for shifting on 8th July. We paid our shifting charge on 20th July. Customer care executive promised the prompt service in 7 working days. We waited for a week.
We called up customer care on 26th July to know the progress of our request. And have been following up since. There seems to be no progress of our request.
We are tired of asking lines to a Vadodara you broadband personnel. We get casual and irresponsible responses like, "Today our technical team is on leave.(on 1st August)" or "Today they came, but you wrre not home(31July). We did not call." And sometimes arrogant replies like "They work only between 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm".
Finally, the internet line was drawn to our home on 6th of August!!! But that was not all. Still the you broadband has not arranged for the final connection procedure of connecting Modem to the line. I am fed up talking with lousy customer care center. We want them to arrange for technical staff for crimping and further procedure so that we can have internet.
