Dear Sir,

My name is Pratik Gajjar, I have applied for your internet connection of GTPL broadband Vadodara on 5th August 2015. I have paid Rs. 3550 for the same by cash on the same day. My payment receipt number is – 21697.
GTPL sales person who contacted me is Mr. Arun.

Before taking the Payment I have been promised by Mr. Arun that connection will be established on 8th August. However after Payment neither he picked up my call, nor anybody contacted me till date, or whenever he picked up the call he promised me to call back in 5 minutes, but unfortunately that 5 minutes were never passed.

After trying for several more days I have been able to talk to him. On demanding the refund of my money your sales person abused me.

I request you to help me with getting my money back.
