I BUY HATHWAY BROADBAND ABOUT AND 01 OR 02 MONTH AGO,

AT TIME INTERNET WORKING PROPERLY.

BUT WHEN MY HOUSE RENOVATED UNFORTUNATELY LABOUR CUT THE INTERNET WIRE, THEN I CONTACT HATHWAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT NO. 6696100, AND BECAUSE OF MY RENOVATION I DONT HAVE ACCOUNT NO OF MY INTERNET BUT I M READY TO GIVE ME OTHER DETAILS BUT THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE ANSWER ME VERY RUDELY, THEN I CONTACT THEIR MARKETING EXECUTIVE MR. BAXI FROM WHOM I BUY THE INTERNET CONNECTION I CONTINUE CONTACT HIM ABOUT APPROX FROM MORE THEN ONE WEEK, MANY TIMES HE NOT PICKED MY PHONE OR IF HE PICKED GAVE ME ANSWER THAT TODAY PROCESS WILL DONE, BUT TILL NOT DONE, EVEN I ALSO SAID THAT IF U REQUIRED WIRE MONEY JUST TAKE AND DO CONNECTION, BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE, AND MR. BAXI'S ANSWER WAS THE AUTHORITY NOT LISTEN US, I HAVE TWO OTHER NUMBER OF HATHWAY ALSO. THE NUMBERS ARE 9099977652 / 51 BUT THEIR PHONE EITHER BUSY OR SWITCH OFF,

PLS DO SOME ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE GENUINELY INTERESTED TO ONLY TAKE MONEY, THEY DONT WANT GIVE A SERVICE TO CUSTOMER,
