My Complaint Description:
I have taken Spidigo Broadband & Internet Services connection on 28th May, 2015.
I had paid 3700 Rs./- at that time including 1 month plan charges, installation charges and router charges.

They called me on 26th June, 2015 saying that my account is going to get lapsed. So, I did an online renewal of 1530 Rs./- on 26th June morning.

Since 26th June afternoon, they have disconnected my connection stating that technical issue in my area. And told me that it will be working on 26th Night onwards. Since friday, my connection has not been made active yet. Its been 4 days now.

Whenever I call at the call centre, their executives say the same thing that they will send their engineer at my place to check but till date nobody has reported. I have called almost 20 times but no solution from their end.

The concerned people with whom I have spoken are:
1) Mr. Dilip (Sales executive who sold me the connection)
2) Mr. Hardik (Technical Head)
3) Mr. Rajesh Kushwaha (Call centre executive)
4) Mr. Prateek (Technical Engineer)
5) Mr. Ramzan (Technical Engineer)

Please help me with the issue. I am sure there might be a lot of complaints against this company and consumers facing problems but nobody complaints and takes action against the company!
