My Complaint Description:

I have Tikona Broadband connection in last year with customer ID: 1111673254, I have taken dissconnection in last year and paid 2769.98 INR, I have receipt of this.

Amount: 2769.98
Service ID: 1111673254
Gateway ID: 175242064
Transaction ID: 1111673254TPC070915125625
Result: success

I have connected more than 10 time to customer care of tikona but all time they have told me please wait for 1 week the refunded amount check will be at your address.

But, after 10 months still I didn't get my refunded amount 2000 INR.

At the end I have contact here, please help me to solveout this issue.

  3. Resolve issue after a long time and too much problems.
    No response via email and customer call support, here I got very much help for resolve issue.
    very bad experience with Tikona and learned too much.
