My Complaint Description:
I have submitted an application for a new broadband connection 18 days ago but
there seems to be no update from your end. The basic details of the application
are as follows :

CEF No. 621614
Customer Name : Dipesh Arya
Customer Address : C-33, Hari Om park flats, Jay Ambe nagar road, Thaltej,
Ahmedabad – 380054

I have already paid Rs. 1000 on a commitment of getting the connection active
within 5 days (max). However, irresponsible staff have ignored their own
commitments and they are least bothered to pay attention to my polite requests.
I'm fed up contacting multiple officers/executives and listening their false
commitments. Following are the details of airtel officers/executives I have
contacted so far (who are just playing passing the parcel)

Marketing Officer :

Senior Officer/Manager :
Name : Mukesh Pal

Senior Officer/Manager :
Name : Swaroop Bej
Contact : 9998249472

I have also done this mail to Airtel Customer Support, They revert back that the issue will be resolved by 16th August but Today is 18'th. Connection not started yet.
