You Broadband Complaint – Disconnection Of Internet Very Frequently And There Is No Permanent Solution

My Complaint Description:
I am a You Brodband customer since last 1 and half year. Last year it was fine (not fully satisfactory) but since I had renewed in December 2015 for 2 years and from than onwards I am facing lots of disconnection problems for more than 8-10 hrs. and that to for n number of days till today and most probably weekends.
Every time for that disconnection I have to lodge a complain of disconnection and call +91-9377051510 and wait for at least 10-15 minutes in queue, after connecting with customer care executive there was fixed reply that "right know it is under maintenance so we cannot take complain wait till ETR (the approx. time given for maintenance to be competed)" and other reply is "ok your problem will be resolved with in 4 to 8 working hours".
If this maintenance work and downtime is less than 12 hrs (after complaining) than we cannot claim credit and if it is more than 12 hours we need to call +91-9377051510 and wait for at least 10-15 minutes in queue, after connecting with customer care executive we need to give the details of downtime and uptime and they will take request for credit and after approval they will give credit but would not update us (I mean we need to keep track of everything leaving all other job aside).
I remember since last two weeks I am facing this problem of disconnection during weekends and there is no permanent solution for this.
