My Complaint Description:
I have taken spidigo connection on 15-Dec and payment has been done on the same day that is 6000 INR.

their engineer has established connection on 28-Dec-2015. since that day my internet is not working. I am calling to their support number twice daily but still they are unable to fix my problem. even I never get my emails replay from their support.

since 28-dec-2015, their engineer made more than 4 visits and every time they say something is wrong with the device it needs to change, but I never understand why then dint come with devise if they already have an input if device is not working.

their engineer last visit was on 5-Jan-16 since then no one has come to resolve an issue.

I do IT consultancy and for that I need 24 hour internet up and running. If I do not work on specific day then I loss that day consultancy charges.

since beginning from first day I am unable to use their internet, I request them to refund my money that is 6000 INR and also requesting them to compensate my daily loss. but sitll they are not replying to my email and not even fixing the problem. until I get refund I cant even get new connection from other provider.

I request you to help me to get my Refund and my loss which has incurred due to them.
