My Complaint Description:
I have registered complain is starting june month to stop my internet services as I don't want to use.Complain number is 234170324. Over a call with customer care executive and Appeliate Authority I got information that it will be stop within 10 days. But it did not get stop. I call multiple times as well as email them but it was not stop. I never use a internet once I register a complain. I received a internet bill and I call customer care executive and Appeliate Authority, they told the bill is always advance bill so no need to pay. But on next month they charge me penalty also for same bill.
Till around 40 days they never stop my services. Once I started communication in email with them then I received confirmation of stopping service. But I received one email as below from their team that shows rental was going to stop from dated 2015-06-12 but I got email of stop after so my follow up and finally my bill was stopped from 2015-07-15. I have all email conversation. As per final email I have to pay the amount though the process take delay from their sie.
I hope you understand by problem and help me to get resolves fault is not from my side.
