Hi, I am using internet o Tikona Broadband – Surat, My Login Id is : 1110085821 (you can use this number for reference to communicate with the company).
Since 25th June 2015 I am constantly complaining to Tikona about my issue that my internet is not working as the whole cable line is damaged, becuase monsoon water was leaked and passed through cable. As a result cable line became faulty and it also damaged my Router device.
Since 26th I have registered daily 1 complaint but still no one is following my complaint and no one came to attend my location which is normally done within 48 hours. I have talked to customer care, senior executive and all possible company representative but no solution yet. Though every time i was said that my problem will be surely resolved but nothing happened yet.
I tried to call Grahak Suraksha Office (government call centers) but their phone lines are always busy and unreachable. So I just have no choice and no help from any one. I hope you will help you get justice.
