My Complaint Description:
I had requested to shift my internet connection last month. But wasn't given any response. Then I called the customer care again after 15 days so the execute responded that first you have to pay shifting charges then the person will come and shift the connection within a week. I said okay and said no person had come to collect the charges, so he took up my request and forwarded it, the person did not come so I called again to the customer care after a week regarding the matter, due to that a person came and collected the money. And said another person will come and shift the connection within a week. Now I waited for a week but no one came, I again called the customer care and inquired about my status, again after some days i.e. On 31st July a person came and did the wiping work and said that one another person will come! And do the further process of connection within 2 days. It had been 6 days now and no one has come to do the connection. Whenever I call the customer care regarding my matter they say your request is in pending status and will be entertained soon. There has been no response regarding my matter. For these many days my internet connection is not working, and my broadband plan is being wasted. I request you to please help me.
