My Complaint Description:
MY GTPL 18 MONTHS PLAN (512 KBPS) WILL HAVE OVER AT JANUARY 2016 BUT AT THE END OF MY PLAN, THE GTPL SERVICE REMAINS VERY VERY POOR . THEY BLOCKED MANY TORRENT SITES AND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT TO GTPL , THEY ANSWERED THAT IT IS AN ORDER FROM GUJARAT GOVERNMENT, BUT THIS TORRENT SITES HAD BEEN OPENED IN OTHER NETWORK LIKE BSNL ETC…..I OFTEN COMPLAINED IN CUSTOMER CARE AND EMAIL THEM BUT NO SOLUTION IS SEEN TILL TODAY……..I HAVE AN ANTIVIRUS THAT CAN UPDATE ONLY MANUALLY SO I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD "UPDATE DEFINITION FROM ITS SITE BUT GTPL COMPANY BLOCKED ITS SITE TOO…..SO I CAN'T UPDATE MY ANTIVIRUS………WHEN I CALL THEM, MOSTLY ANSWER IS "CALL BACK AFTER SOMETIME DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE"……SO,I AM VERY NERVOUS BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR SERVICE………..SO…..IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME, PLEASE DO IT……………….
