My Complaint Description:
Respected Sir,
I applied for GTPL internet and it was connected to my home on 01/06/2015. My user ID with GTPLis utpal0964 and my registered mobile with them is 82384 47329. My home address where I have the connection is 20, Sangampark Society, Near Hirabag Rly. Crossing, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad, 380006. I have bought 175 GB a year package with download speed of 4 MBPS by paying them Rs. 4500 in advance and D Link router from them by paying Rs. 1100. Since the day I got net connected at my home, I have connectivity problem. Either I would not be able to connect at all for days and if sometimes I do, the connection goes lost if don't use internet for an hour or two. Every time I keep restarting modem and router to reboot in the hope that I can get connected that way. I have filed numerous complains to their customer care number 1800 419 0419. Every time, they keep giving me complain number and tell that it will be resolved in 24 hours. They keep saying that at our end, it shows you are connected.. They have even not sent technician to my home to check. I am really fed up with the problem, hope, you will help me in getting the issue resolved
