My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir/Ma'am,

i have purchased BSNL broad band connection with land line on 15th of june. from bsnl two engineers are visited on 21st for start up connection, landline has stared and broadband he does not know how to start and give me call from his engineer at broadband department, he explain me do this this connection, but o dont know about how to do everything in electric connection and all. so i told him come to office and do you job, then he told me that we cant come you have to do, you have to change the so and so. i visited bsnl office in jubilee garden , met one office there and explain the matter, he told that we dont know about all the procedure. then daily i got two to three calls since last three days that your broad band is working, that i told him not working please send your engineer to my office. then he argued and cut down the phone. next day o got call from same person i just told his name that whats your name you are calling me daily for this problem and dont saying your name. then he again argued and hesitant to give his name and cut down the phone. the number is 02812235051. one of engineer has did work on telephone line and ask me to give some cash for doing work, i told him that these is the process of your whole part for installation by your side. then engineer is also argued that give us cash some for work. the whole process is in my cctv camera. i can give prof for the same. but still today i didnt got the proper reply from all four managers and engineers. kindly do something wrothfully.
