Dear Sir/Madam,
my name is Jaydip Devani, I am living in Ahmedabad. I am writing this letter to complain about BSNL automatic dedication from my mobile, which is truly unbearable for me.
Today, I have done my internet recharge in morning. After confirmation massage, I was starting download some videos because of my education need. I am always meticulously check my mobile account time to time and it is obvious if anyone want to download big file then person always use free internet, so I did recharge of rupee 291 internet package and I downloaded my videos but after an hour I saw my balance, which is null.
I am too much disappointed with system less service. I am waiting for.your positive and prompt reply.
