MY QUERY IS I HAVE EXTRA PAYMENT TO BSNL THRU OUT PAYTM OF Rs.665/- IN 13.FEB.2016 THEN I HAVE CALL TO BSNL TOLL FREE HE IS ANSWER ME NEXT MONTH INVOICE DEDUCT THIS AMOUNT BUT NEXT BILL NO DEDUCT AMOUNT THEN I HAVE CALL BUT HE IS ANSWER I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY AMOUNT OF 665/- THEN I HAVE EMAIL PAYTM THEN PAYTM ANSWER IS I HAVE SEND AMOUNT OF 665/- TO BSNL THEN I HAVE EMAIL BSNL CUSTOMER CARE WITH ALL DATA WITH HDFC BANK STATEMENT, PAYTM TRANSACTION NO, DATE OF TRANSACTION, ALL OF DERAILS, BUT BSNL ONLY ONE ANSWER REQ. 14.DIGITS COAD THEN I HAVE TALK WITH HDFC BANK HE IS ANSWER IS NO ANY 14 DIGIT COADS THEN I HAVE 6 TIME GIVE DETAILS TO BSNL NO ANY 14 DIGITS COAD IN BANK SO PLEASE GIVE ME MY AMOUNT OF 665/- BUT AVERY TIME ONLY ONE ANSWER REQ. 14 DIGITS COAD,
