RESPECTED SIR/MADAM
MY NAME IS JAY DESAI. I RESIDE IN AHMEDABAD CITY. JUST COUPLE OF MONTHS BACK I PURCHASED ROYAL ENFIELD THUNDERBIRD 350 (MARINE BLUE). WHILE PURCHASING ON FINANCE THE TIE UP WAS WITH TATA CAPITAL. DURING THE PURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE THE ADVISOR OF TATA CAPITAL MR. GIRISH (WHO SEATS AT SARABHAI AUTOMOBILE, ROYAL ENFIELD SHOWROOM, GHODASAR, AHMEDABAD) PROMISED ME THAT THE EMI AMOUNT OF THE LOAN WILL BE 3500/- TO 3800/- PER MONTH FOR 4 YEARS AND I NEED TO PAY 50000/- AS DOWN PAYMENT. I PAID THE SAID AMOUNT. AND NOW ITS BEEN THREE MONTHS I HAVENT RECEIVED ANY SINGLE DOCUMENT OF THE LOAN AND THE EMI WHICH IS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT IS 4392/- PER MONTH, WHICH IS MORE THAN COMMITTTED BY TATA CAPITAL ADVISOR. SINCE THREE MONTHS EVERY NOW AND THEN I AM VISITNG THE STORE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT NOT A SINGLE TIME THE ADVISOR HAS CO-OPERATED WITH ME AND IS ALWAYS NOT READY TO SOLVE THE ISSUE. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE CASE AND SOLVE MY ISSUE.
