My Complaint Description:
I was trying to do the recharge of Rs 159(1GB 3G data for 28 days offer). On the first time my recharge failed with the reason "Sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later.:-". So I have tried to recharge it again after a while. At the end, it led me to the recharge of Rs 159 twice from my card.

I want to get my money back for this error.
