My Complaint Description:
Dear sir,
I'm Sanket shah from Compass tourism. I have 11 complaintpaid no. of Idea network being used in my office, which i have recently applied to be shifted to Vodafone through portability. For the sake of convenience, I had linked my idea account to my Credit card for ECS payment. The payment was deducted on the 8th day of every month. after applying this month for number portability, i received a message stating that my payment is due and 16th june was the due date and i will be charged extra 2% if delayed. so i had to pay through my debit card to avoid extra charges.the amount paid through debit card is 7765/- this was also a reason why my portability was not resumed to vodafone. so expecting the issues to be cleared i had made the payment on urgent basis. BUT the very next day another amount deducted through my ECS from credit card which was 7790/- for the same bill. On inquiring about the same online, i was informed to approach the local customer care office. when i reached the customer care office, i was informed to fight for it on the phone for customer care!

After a lot of struggles i received a response that There is no possibility of refund. No one has ever received refund for this issue. This reply I got on 17th June.

After that being with constant touch with hem by phone, by mail and by visiting local office, we have always received wrong commitments.

Initially they told us you will receive in 3/4 days. After that they give me commitment of 15 days. One more commitment of 30 days. Then one more commitment of 45 days. again one more commitment of 60 days. and i think after that incidence its more than 100 days still they are not giving my money back after all settlements of last used bills.

Kindly help me with the same as I am trying to contact them, I am trying to contact nodal officer but no one is giving me his numbers and low level staff never helped me to approach to high level person. This is really a big headache for middle class of family like me. They just make the people fool and they want us to forget the payment as they are big people and always put middle class and poor people in trouble.

It is my Kind request to you to help me out with the problem as well as i want compensation for putting us in a trouble and giving us a mentally harassment.
