I used Idea's online recharging portal as on August 31st 2015 for a Voice Recharge (Full Talk Time) of Rs 550. On completion, Idea portal displayed a message for a successful recharge, amount too got deducted from the Bank, but till date I did not receive the refund. When a complain was registered with Idea, they asked a bunch of questions for which I had provided them all the detailed information requested, including screenshots multiple times. Later, they acknowledged the issue but even after countless calls, mails and follow-ups they are NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT EVEN AFTER 45+ DAYS. Now they have stopped responding and are not providing even a (tentative) date/days/weeks by which they could refund the amount. Both, Customer Care and Appellate Teams are responsible for all these delays and the harassment.
I need "my" money back. I am surprised that they keep the money of their customers with them without even providing the services for which customers are paying the amount.
I am not looking for any diplomatically crafted apologetic reply from Idea but the timeline by which they should refund the amount!
