My Complaint Description:
I purchased power bank from ask me bazaar in the month of April 2015 I paid money to the courier.When I opened the pack I found that container box was broken. When I tried to use power bank 10400mah, it was not working. I immediately informed the matter to customer care. They attended the call and promised me that they will do the needful. But, I did not find any action from them. So I called them again, the same answer was given. I tried and tried at last they said that they will take back appliance and they came on 02-05-2015 and took back my appliance gave me a pickup receipt 363415553424/ Ask me bazaar AB 1441755 and said that we will back my cash after it reaches the office.I waited for 15 days but I did not get any money from them. Again I approached customer care.They told me that the money will be deposited in your bank account within 2 or 3 days but I did not find any credit in my account. Many a times I call them but so far there was no response and till now I did not get cash back. Kindly arrange me to get my cash back. Thanking you sir,
