My Complaint Description:
I have been calling Spidigo Customer Care regarding Internet connectivity slow and not able to connect internet since last 10 days, the only reply I get is that compaint has been forwarded and no action has been taken since last 10 days to improve the connectivity. I have paid 12 months of rental in advance and now they are not providiing hte services and not looking into the compaints at all.
I am a small scale business man – a start up – and its important for me to have good internet connectivity to serve my clients better. Even my clients have been complainting about poor connectivity and are not able to reach me.
I am incurring a loss of Rs 10000 daily because of this. It would be good if someone could help me and make Spidigo improve their services and resolve my issue.
