My Complaint Description:
When i purchased a new cellphone i was told that if i pay Rs.1199 extra i will get a insurance cover from PICKME E-SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED for a year from the date of purchase. I purchased the cellphone and the insurance cover and after 8 months my cellphone display got damaged. I then approached PICKME E-SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED for pick up service and repairs / replacement of my damaged cellphone. I contacted their no. 09222224040 on 10 August 2015 and registered my complaint. I was told that a person will come for pickup in 5 days. I also received a message from the company stating –
"Dear Customer, Your PICKUP request has been registered. Our Buddy will visit you in the next 4 hours For details visit : www.pickmeindia.com or call 9222224040"
It has been a month today but nobody has come to pickup my cellphone. I am an professional and need to have access to my mail when i am on the move and so i need a smartphone with me always. Now that my smartphone is damaged and is not repaired due to false assurances by PICKME E-SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED i am suffering heavy losses.
I hereby request that my cellphone should be pickedup and repaired / replaced immediately by PICKME E-SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED as per their assurance. I also demand compensation of losses suffered by me due to delay in picking up my cellphone.
