My Complaint Description:
I have purchased the dairy milk silk almond chocolate from lotous store, bahej bypass road bharuch. When i ate the chocolate the bad test of almond observed in chocolate. Then i complained the CADBURY company customer care They replied that our sales exicutive will come to your adress and receive your chocolate and give replacement of chocolate.
Then for long time thier sales exicutive has not come and meanwhile i purchased a simple dairy milk chocolate and when i opened the chocolate i shoked that a white layer is observed on chocolate and again very bad test came from chocolate. So again comlained the CADBURY customer care and brief about this matter.
After complaing second time no reply came from their side. So i worn them that i will complain in Grahak surakasha and after that their sales exicutive called me and i informed him about CADBURY's bad product. I told him that come to my home and collect this chocolate. But he has not come.
So i again comlain that your sales exicutive has not come so i defenetly complain grahak suraksha. So their sales executive Mr. Darshan Patel called me and said that i will massage a address of our dealr of CADBURY comany in Bharuch. So go there and replace your chocolates by new. I said ok send me addresss. I called him and he replied that i forgot this matter. he was to send address. But still i have not received any adress from him. Then again i tried to call him but he did not received the call. So i think this company is not intrested in customer's complain. So please do needful in this matter.

We always love to eat cadbury but twice we felt bad experience with your chocolate so this time i complained for your product. I kept chocolate in my fridger with seal.

I sent my adrresss and contact number of my cell phone. But non of your sales engineer called me or came at my adress.

I think your company is not intrested in complain. So i think i should go to consumer foram. If i will not get any reply i will go to grahak suraksha.

I purchased cadubary before 2 days and same bad test and very poor quality of chocolate has been observed and also i kept this chocolate with me.

If you will not reply i will go to laboratary for quality testing and definitely go to cosumer foram.
