I see this product on chupchaplelo.com and received another colour.& fitting are not comfort for me.But company is not changing my Product and no Return. but online return policy is given.

Cancellation & Refund of order
Chupchaplelo.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Chupchaplelo.com is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or during the misuse of gift coupon. However, Chupchaplelo.com will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated by email or through phone within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Return and Refund Policy

3-Day Simple Return Policy

In case you want to return the product purchased online through Chupchaplelo.com, you can do so, within the time period of 3 days from the date of delivery. But, do ensure that the products returned are not rendered unsealed. Below mentioned are conditions that would not be considered valid for the return of the products purchased. As the products get returned & received by us, you can either opt for cash back or a refund voucher.

Mobiles And Accessories: The seal of the box must be intact. In case the seal is found void, the product will not be returned unless there is any manufacturing defect found. But, this should be done only within 3 days, from the date of delivery.

Eyewear: The sunglasses must be returned in the original packing along with the cleaning cloth provided. The frame or glass should not have any scratch and the crystals (if any) embedded in the frame should also be intact.

Fragrances: The seal of the packet must be intact. The Fragrances will not be returned if found used.

Watches: These should be returned in the original packing. The frame or glass should not have any scratch and the crystals (if any) embedded in the frame should also be intact.

Bags: The beads and other components should be intact and the bag should be free from scratches.

Shoes: There should not be any fold marks, dirt or scratches. If found, the shoes will be considered as used and will not be returned.

Computer Accessories: The seal must be intact. In case the seal is found void, the product will not be returned unless there is any manufacturing defect found. But, this should be done only within 3 days, from the date of dispatch.

Home And Garden: If the products are found washed or any scratch on the polish, the product will not be considered for return.

You need to follow these procedures to send the product:
Product can be returned in the following ways:-

a. Reverse pick-up from your shipping address– Our reverse pick up facility is available only at the selected locations (depending upon the complaintal codes) which are given by our logistics partners under their serviceable network. We will inform you about the same at the time of accepting your return request.

b. Self-shipment by customer – In case a reverse pick up is not available at your complaintal code as it is not serviceable by our logistics partner, we would request you to kindly self-ship the product and the returned shipment should be reached to us within 7 days of providing the return address details to you. Please send us the scanned copy of courier slip within 5 days of dispatching the product. For all self-shipments, we will reimburse Rs. 100 or the courier charges mentioned on the scanned slip whichever is lesser, towards shipment charges as store credits which can be used to purchase any product from our website in the future. Please note that all returns are subject to product quality checking.

The refund process for the money will be initiated only after the product is received by the chupchaplelo.com authority. You would be duly called by our executive and asked for the conformation of the cash back or the refund voucher.

The amount will be paid back through the same way it was paid. If the payment of the product was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, the same would be refunded. And if the payment was made by cheque or DD, we will also send the cheque on the billing address of the buyer. Initially, the refunds are processed within 30 working days but, in case of payments via cheque may take few more days to get delivered to the respective billing address. The fund will be credited as you deposit the cheque.

The above stated Return Policy is applicable only for the Indian Customers. We won’t entertain any exchange, returns or refunds for the products sold to international clients. This is due to prohibitive shipping costs.
