My Complaint Description:
I would like to inform you that in July 2018 I bought a membership at Club Mahindra and my membership id is 2833 011. Sales representative Mr Chaman Navik promised me a cashback gold voucher worth Rs 10, 000. Rather of a gold voucher I received a Diamonds discount voucher. My package includes 5 nights 6 days CMH and 7 night RCI. He assured me that these days can be used anytime and does not have any time limit. When I asked the customer care via phone call I was informed that I have to use these days in a year. Now I feel it is breach of assurances given at the time of joining the membership hence, I am no longer interested in having a Club Mahindra membership. I wish to discontinue it. I request
the Member relationship desk to refund my money ie. ₹ 28,758. Their is no response from the company regarding this.
