I have complained so many time at SpidiGO customer care regarding slower internet connection as per the promised plan and also internet goes disconnected every second day.

They register my complaint but only once they call back otherwise they close my complaint without concerning me and my problem never gets resolved.

I have complained on 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th august and no engineer shows up at my home to solve my problem and they close my complaint without solving and without asking me.

Please do needful. I feel so frustrated due to lack of internet connectivity.

I can switch my plan to any other internet provider as well, but the reason I am still continued with SpidiGo is just that I am a 5 year old customer of SpidiGO. I'm expecting a good service from SpidiGO to such an old customer.
